This is the last card we did in my Stamp a Stack a couple of weeks ago. Its basically the same as this card. Here we used the Ice Cream Parlor Designer Series Paper & Ribbon and the Punch Bunch stamp set all in the Sale-a-bration catalog. You can get these all FREE with a $50 order. Isn't it nice that these stamps coordinate with our punches? Way to go Stampin' Up!
I should also mention that I ran the Top Note through the Polka Dots embossing folder before attaching it to my card.
